DESCRIPTION:he Western Maine Community Chorus (WMCC) invites you to the spring program A Celebration of American Composers. The performance will take place on Sunday\, May 3rd\, 2026\, at 3:00 p.m. in Nordica Auditorium\, Merrill Hall\, University of Maine at Farmington (224 Main Street\, Farmington\, ME). Admission is at the door\, with a suggested donation of $20 per person (students free)—but everyone is welcome\, regardless of amount.  \nThe concert will feature works in a wide variety of styles: classical\, folk\, spiritual\, musical theatre\, and popular/jazz. Featured composers include William Billings\, Supply Belcher\, Amy Beach\, Aaron Copland\, Leonard Bernstein\, Stephen Sondheim\, George Gershwin\, Duke Ellington\, and Paul Simon.  \nFor more info on the concert\, membership\, and how to donate\, follow the Western Maine Community Chorus Facebook page or email westernmainecommunitychorus@gmail.com.
