DESCRIPTION:The UMF Emery Community Arts Center is excited to be exhibiting the artwork of Rumford native Phil Poirier with\, “A Retrospective\, Interrupted.” The solo exhibit features landscape paintings inspired by locations in Maine and New Hampshire\, and will be on display in Emery’s Flex Gallery from June 13 – Sept. 17\, 2026. Gallery Open Hours: Tuesday-Saturday\, 12pm-6pm. It is free and open to the public.

DESCRIPTION:4:00pm (doors open at 3pm)\, Emery Performance Space\nFree and open to the public \nWUMF 91.5\, the student-run radio station at the University of Maine at Farmington\, will be hosting Battle of the Bands in September to shine a spotlight on local bands. This is going to be a large community building event taking place at Emery Community Arts Center on the UMF campus. The bands will perform in Emery’s performance space. If you are part of a local or student band and interested in competing for a $500 grand prize\, please fill out this form!
