Jeffrey Willis

Dr. Jeffrey Willis is a UMF alumni with a doctorate in Political Science & International Relations from the University of Canterbury, in Christchurch, New Zealand. Professionally, Dr. Willis has engaged in a wide range of international work, including with both large and small international organizations such as United Nations Development Programme and World Wildlife Fund. Outside of work, Dr. Willis enjoys spending time on Maine’s many lakes and collecting vinyl records, cassette tapes, and CDs.
