Living & Dining

Living on campus at UMF is about more than convenience—it’s about connection.

Whether you’re settling into your residence hall or grabbing a meal with friends, these everyday moments help shape your college experience. Here, you’ll find a close-knit community, easy access to campus resources, and spaces designed to help you thrive.

To help you make the most of this transition, UMF requires students to live on campus for their first two years. Living on campus makes it easier to build connections, access resources, and fully engage in campus life from the start.

Campus Housing

No matter your path to UMF—whether you’re arriving straight from high school, transferring from another college, returning after a gap year, or joining as an adult learner or veteran—you’ll find welcoming, convenient, and affordable on-campus housing options. Living on campus gives you the independence you want and the added benefit of being steps away from everything UMF has to offer, day and night.
