Biography
Professor Nicole Kellett is originally from Nebraska, but has moved throughout much of the country before landing in Maine. She teaches courses in environmental justice, medical anthropology, gender, Latin America, methods, and theory, among others. Her research centers primarily on economic development, war and reconciliation in Peru; women and the criminal legal system in the United States; and HIV/AIDS-related stigma in Uganda. Outside of work, Professor Nicole Kellett enjoys adventuring in the outdoors with family and friends with a perpetual goal of becoming more musical.
