Maine Engineering Pathways 1+3

Start your Engineering degree at UMF through the Maine Engineering Pathways Program, completing your first year at Farmington before finishing at the University of Maine or Southern Maine.

In this innovative, collaborative program, you’ll study foundational mathematics and science courses at Farmington for your first year, taking foundational courses in mathematics, science, and general education areas.

This is followed by three years at either the University of Maine or the University of Southern Maine,  where you’ll complete your degree in select Engineering disciplines.

This option allows you to graduate with an Engineering degree from UMaine or USM in four years, while beginning your degree at Farmington.

Save more than $5,500 per year in tuition.

Through the NEBHE Tuition Break program, students from Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont receive a $5,670 tuition discount on all UMF degree programs.
