UMF’s Sodexo Dining Services will offer a festive Indigenous-themed lunch in recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. Menu includes: butternut squash soup, pork pozole, harvest chicken casserole, lemon baked salmon, wild rice with root vegetables, fried green tomatoes, rhubarb and strawberry pudding, blueberry and honey cake.
Location: South Dining Hall, Olsen Student Center. UMF students on a meal plan use their card. Other students, staff, and the public: $6.75. Open to the public.
