Registration Now Open

Coordinated by the UMF Alpine Operations Coordinator and held at Titcomb Mountain, this after-school alpine ski program is dedicated to children in grades K 4.  

Registration Forms can be picked up at the FRC or downloaded using the link above, in the photo. The program is limited to 45 participants.  

Program Dates:  January 27th 4 March 5, 2026 (Does not include February vacation week)  

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 pm 5:45 pm  

First-time experience participants ONLY (Never been skiing), join us on Tuesday, January 27 for your first day. This day is only for students who have never skied before. We will be learning basic skiing safety skills with the goal of getting everyone to ride the Pony.  

Cost of Program:  Farmington Ski Club Members: $100 (child must hold membership) Non-Ski Club Members: $135  Full payment is due at the time of registration.  

Equipment: This program does not provide equipment; however, Northern Lights will be offering daily program-specific rentals. Rental fees are paid directly to Northern Lights.  

Transportation: Parents/caregivers are responsible for providing their child with rides to and from Titcomb Mountain.  

Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement, extreme weather, participants will be emailed if lessons are canceled.  Lessons are not held on days that SAD 9 or UMF cancels school.  

Registration Information: Registration must be completed in person at the UMF Fitness & Recreation Center, 152 Quebec Street, Farmington, ME. Phone and online registrations are not permitted. Mailed registration forms,  must include payment and will be processed upon receipt; however, space is not guaranteed. The registration deadline is Friday, January 16, 2026. Registration will open first to prior participants.
