Elizabeth Small

Elizabeth Small worked as an early childhood ed tech in early intervention with a background in behavioral health. After earning her associate degree years earlier, she had been “terrified for years to go back to school” and felt she had reached a plateau in her career. Through UMF’s degree completion program and credit for prior learning, she found a path forward. She described the process as straightforward, noting it allowed her to complete her degree in a significantly shorter amount of time.
