Erin Connor

Erin Connor, Ph.D., serves as Interim Dean of the College of Education, Health, and Rehabilitation at the University of Maine at Farmington. A native Mainer, she has spent her career in education, with experience spanning PK–12 teaching and leadership, instructional technology, graduate education, and higher education administration.

Since joining UMF in 2019, Connor has focused on expanding educational opportunities for graduate students, adult learners, and working professionals. Her work has included developing new graduate programs, strengthening degree-completion pathways, supporting enrollment growth, and building partnerships with Maine schools and other organizations to respond to regional workforce and educational needs.
