Biography
Dr. Hillary Goldthwait-Fowles, ATP is an Instructional Design Specialist at Kennedy Krieger- a pediatric research hospital and special education school system in Baltimore, MD. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive education and a RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Professional. With over 30 years of educational experience, she empowers learners of all abilities through Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and accessible technology. As an educator, researcher, and author, Hillary champions equity, access, and joy in learning. Her work bridges the gap between pedagogy and practice, ensuring every student feels seen, heard, and capable. Whether in classrooms or conferences, Hillary inspires educators to reimagine learning environments where everyone can thrive. Home is where her empty-nester heart is in Maine with her husband and cat while their 2 sons are forging their own paths in the world.
