Biography
Mikayla Deschaine, a mother of two from Presque Isle, paused her college journey but always planned to return. After earning her associate degree from Northern Maine Community College, she began working full-time at the Aroostook County Action Program, supporting clients experiencing housing instability. Motivated to grow in her field, she enrolled at the University of Maine Farmington to complete her degree.
