Paul Needham

Paul has an MA in English and an MBA in Strategic Management from Southern Illinois University. He worked for ten years in Student Affairs at Principia College and loves the work of supporting students in their journey through college. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast, an experienced traveler, and a lifelong writer. He is currently working on three writing projects: a parenting guide, a cozy crime novel set in Cornwall, England, and a literary exploration of a washed-up actor’s inner world. His graduate thesis novel, Among the Lost, is published on Amazon. Rooted in a love for life, Paul continues to seek opportunities where education, personal growth, and community engagement intersect.
