UMF in the News: ORBA Graduate Tanner Webb Featured on Maine Life

For UMF alumnus Tanner Webb, a lifelong love of Maine’s outdoors became the foundation for a successful career.

A graduate of UMF’s Outdoor Recreation Business Administration (ORBA) program, Tanner turned his passion for paddling and outdoor adventure into the business Webb & Sons Rentals that helps others explore Maine’s lakes and waterways. His journey was recently featured on Maine Life, where he shared how UMF helped prepare him to combine his interests with entrepreneurship.

Today, Tanner’s business has grown from a small fleet of boats to dozens of kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes, helping people create their own Maine outdoor experiences.
