UMF’s Web Media and Design program blends art and design skills with computer science knowledge, including databases, networking, and coding, preparing students for digital media careers.

UMF’s Web Media & Design program offers small class sizes and well-equipped multimedia labs, giving students the resources to build a strong portfolio for graduation and future careers. The program emphasizes conceptual, problem-solving, and visual skills, teaching students to create designs that are both meaningful and functional.

Students also gain technical expertise through computer science coursework, including web development, databases, networking, coding, algorithms, and computer graphics. Throughout the program, students tackle increasingly complex projects that blend traditional and cutting-edge technologies, preparing them for diverse careers in digital media and design.
